Ruth Qualls, 92, of Elkmont,AL died Saturday, May 27, 2017 at
Limestone Health Facility, Athens, Alabama. Born Friday, March 06, 1925
in Elkmont, AL, She was the daughter of Eugene Clem and Laura Ella Clem.
She was born in Elkmont and lived in Michigan for many years, then came
back home to Elkmont. She was a member of Ardmore Main Street Church of
Christ. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, reading her Bible, and always
enjoyed having friends and family over.
She was preceded in death by her
Parents, Husband, Kenneth Qualls, Brothers, Lawrence Clem, and John
Henry Clem, twin sister, Trudell Cryar, Sisters, Mamie Eaves, Lois
Brock, and Buna Scoggins.
She is survived by, Son, Joe(Stacey)
Qualls, Elkmont, AL, Daughters, Wanda (Jim) Kerschbaum, Collierville,
TN, and Brenda (Derry) Bickers, Hartford, MI, 5 Grandchildren, Amanda
Qualls, Rhonda Brumley, Michael Brumley, David Kerschbaum, Christine
White, 4 Great Grandchildren, Raeanna Brumley, Samantha Brumley, Riley
Kerschbaum, Finn Kerschbaum, 2 Great Great Grandchildren, James
Blankenship, and Aliyah Blankenship.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at Ardmore
Chapel Funeral Home, at 11:00 AM with Bro. Rex Kilpatrick officiating.
Burial will be in Sylone Cemetery, Elkmont, AL.
