HIGH SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS - NOVEMBER 7-11

FRIDAY:

• Picture money due today.
• JV/VG/VB Basketball today @ New Hope beginning @ 4:30.
• Baseball players from last years team needs to meet with Coach Holt in the lunchroom after announcements.
• The Jr. Beta club is sponsoring a canned food drive for the Limestone County Food Bank. Please place your canned food items in one colored barrels placed around campus or you can send them to Mrs. Beth Bates.
• Students we are rapidly nearing the end of the 1st semester. your attention to details in your courses is strongly encouraged. Your best efforts and attendance should be priority. Reminder - Semester exams will count as 20% of your semester grade.

THURSDAY:

• Please drop your extra change in the plastic boxes by the exit doors of the lunchroom. This money goes to purchase Christmas gifts for children on the Angel Tree.

• 7th-12th Students: There are still some slots left for painting classes Dec. 1st and 2nd. Get application from Mrs. Hall. They are due back in next Monday.
• Middle School Basketball today at Ardmore. Game begins at 4 pm.
• Mr. Blacklidge will be here today until 4:45 if you need to pick up Southern Heritage meat products.
• School picture money is due tomorrow. Grades 7-12: Turn in to English Teacher.
• EHS will be having "Hat Day" on November 22, 2011.For a $1.00 donation, you may wear your favorite team hat or hat of your choice as long as it is appropriate. Please give your donation to your first period teacher to receive a sticker to be placed on your hat....proceeds will benefit our Cross Country Team at EHS. Thanks for your support!!! Hats without a sticker will have to be removed!!!
• Any person planning to do band second semester, who is not currently signed up for band first semester, must go by the band room and see Mr. McChristian today.

WEDNESDAY:

• Congrads to Middle School Boys Basketball Team on win over  Tanner 33 to 30.
• Progress Reports are scheduled to go out today.
• Retired Teachers Luncheon @ 11:00.
• Faculty meting immediately after school.
• School picture money due this Friday
• NO Senior Scholars bowl practice Wed. - Cancelled due to meeting.
• Please pickup your Southern Heritage Meat products today by 5:30.
• The ASVAB test will be given this morning to all 11th grade students.
• Ms. Hobbs needs to meet W/ MU Alpha Theta officers during Enrichment today

MONDAY:

• Progress reports go out on Wednesday.
• Retired Teachers' Day on Wednesday at 11:00 in the library.
• All school picture money is due this Friday.
• Varsity and JV practice today at 4:00 pm.
• Basketball games:
  No student lines as players enter the floor.
  No students or adults on floor at halftime or between the games.
  No playing in the balcony.
