BORDER/CLARK WEDDING

Jessica Danielle Border of Elkmont and Wesley Randall Clark of Prospect, Tenn., were married in a 5 p.m. ceremony May 21, 2011, at Mitchell Plantation with Pastor Eddie Gooch officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Judi Border of Elkmont, and Paul and Kim Border of Scottsboro.

Her grandparents are Paul and Barbara Border of Grant, William and Rachel Underwood of Scottsboro, and the late Cliff and Helen Burns.

The groom is the son of Steve and Grace Clark of Prospect.

His grandparents are John and Mildred Clark and Bryson and Mary Prichard, all of Harvest.

The bride was given in marriage by Paul Border Jr. and family.

Maid of honor was Judi Border, mother of the bride. Bridal attendants were Madeline Atkins, cousin of the bride; Alexandra Atkins, cousin of the bride; Lindsey Townsend; Andria Francis; Joana Coblentz; and Brynn Fielding.

The flower girl was Julia Baugher, niece of the groom.

Steve Clark, father of the groom, served as best man.

Groomsmen were Andrew Clark, son of the groom; Tyler Clark, son of the groom; Justin Baugher, brother-in-law of the groom; Adam Clark, brother of the groom; and Hestin Clark, cousin of the groom. Ushers were Clint Border and Cole Border, brothers of the bride.

Bell ringers were Luke Baugher, nephew of the groom, Jackson Reed and Wynn Reed, nephews of the bride. Music was provided by the Blossomwood String Quartet. The reception band was Somebody’s Daddy. The guest register was kept by Stacey Pepper and Laura Beth Carroll Dick.

Wedding director was Kenny Aldrich, and the photographer was Kelly Clark Baugher, sister of the groom.

A reception followed the ceremony at Mitchell Plantation. After a family trip to Daufuskie Island, S.C., the couple returned home to Rogersville.
