DEVILS IN THE PUMPKIN PATCH
Elkmont's Kindergarten classes took a trip to Lyon's Family Farms pumpkin patch on Thursday. Students got to pet baby rabbits, chicks and a pig, and saw lots of other animals. They took a ride in a cotton trailer through the pumpkin patch and tromped through the patch to hand pick their own pumpkin. After a picnic lunch and a trip through the corn maze they spent the rest of the afternoon playing on the huge playground. The favorite activities were the corn bins, (Who doesn't like to play in corn?), the water pumps and the huge slides and bouncy things! What a great day!!!
