WIND AND RAIN TOMORROW

We'll be mostly cloudy and mild overnight with lows around 60. Some showers are possible by tomorrow morning, with the threat for some stronger storms by afternoon and evening.

Right now it looks like the stronger storm threat will develop in the Shoals and NW Alabama between 3 and 6pm, the Huntsville metro and I-65 corridor between 4 and 7pm, and NE Alabama between 5 and 9pm.  An isolated brief tornado can't be ruled out, but the primary severe weather threat will be damaging straight-line winds. Outside of the storms it will be a warm and windy day with highs in the mid 70s.  Winds outside of any thunderstorms will be around 20-30mph tomorrow afternoon. Be sure to bring in or secure any outdoor objects, including Halloween decorations.

Rain will continue Thursday night but should wrap up early Friday.  Cooler and drier weather moves back in for the weekend.  Highs will be in the 60s with overnight lows in the 40s.
