The funeral for Mr. Jacob Bradley Dugger, 30, of Trinity will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 24, at McConnell Funeral Home with Tony Collins officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
Visitation is from 6-9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mr. Dugger died Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2013, at home, where he resided with his father and mother, Ronnie and Libby Dugger. He was born May 12, 1983, in Morgan County. He was a member of Cornerstone Church.
Survivors include his parents, Ronnie and Libby Dugger of Trinity, and Karen and Allan Davis of Elkmont; siblings, Mark Brown and wife Melissa of Trinity, Caleb Brown of Trinity, and Landon Odom in the Marine Corp; godbrother and sister, Dalton and Alex Hall of Trinity; grandparents, Bud Dugger of Athens, Bill and Eloise Sheffield of Decatur, and Helen Vickers of Tuscumbia; one niece, McKellen Brown of Trinity; godniece, Brooklyn Brewer of Trinity; best friends, Big Mama, Robert Shumate and Heather Wilson; aunts and uncles, Bobby Dugger and wife Debbie, Reginia Obarr and husband Jerry, Debra Crain and husband Mike of Town Creek, Nancy Cottrill and husband Jim of Tuscumbia, Tony House of Decatur, and Ken Hodge and wife Linda of Elkmont; he also had many beloved cousins.
Pallbearers will be Bobby Dugger, Jerry Obarr, Kevin Terry, Gary Hall, James Houser, Eddie Owens, Mason Miller and Mike Crain. Honorary Pallbearers will be Robert Shumate, Matt Clem, Marcus King, Michael Cox, Jamie Houser, Dalton Hall and Jay Farley.
