BELLE CHEVRE AND GREAT AMERICAN COUNTRY

This weekend, the Great American Country network will air an "Off the Map" episode featuring an Elkmont goat cheese creamery and cheese shop. 

Filmed last summer, the show will feature hosts Shannon Doherty and Holly Combs as they tour Belle Chevre. Owner Tasia Malakasis leads the actresses in milking goats, making cheese and a tasting of the creamery's flavors.

You can watch the episode at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, 9:30 p.m. Jan. 23, at 1:30 a.m. Jan. 24 and at 7 p.m. Jan. 30.
