• a very moist air mass will be in place across northern Alabama and southern middle Tennessee Saturday night through sunday morning. Rainfall totals of 1 to 2 inches are expected across the region as a cold front moves through. These totals will combine with an already saturated ground and lead to the potential for flash flooding.
• rivers...streams and low lying areas will be especially susceptible to flash flooding from this evening through Sunday morning.
