ELKMONT TOURNEY RESULTS FOR LAST NIGHT AND THURSDAY GAMES

LADY DEVILS KNOCKED OUT OF TOURNAMENT BY WEST LIMESTONE


West jumped out to a 16-0 lead over Elkmont and never looked back in its opening round win at the Limestone County Tournament Tuesday. West led 20-2 after the first quarter and 38-12 at halftime in the comfortable victory.

Anna Baugher led West with 14 points. Breanna Dean, Abigale Gilbert, Kayla Carter and Laura Easter all added 10 points in the win.

Shelby Rouse led Elkmont with eight points.

MIDDLE SCHOOL BOYS LOSE BY THREE

The middle school boys lost to West Limestone as well.  In a hard fought, close game the young Red Devils lost 33-30.
