She will join the top spellers from Athens Bible School and the city school system to compete in Monday’s Limestone County Elementary Spelling Bee at Clements High School.   The winner will advance to the Alabama Spelling Bee on March 8 at Oak Mountain High School in Birmingham.

County school winners are McKenzie Atkins, Susanna Cruitt, Draven Gonzalez, Cade Mitchell, Bernard Allotey, Allye Cagle, Cody Furline, Jake Beddingfield, Kiana Williams and Sydni Wright.

The school winners, who range in grade levels from third to seventh, are asked to arrive at Clements by 5 p.m. Monday for photos, seat selection and announcements. The bee is scheduled to start at 5:30.
