SONG WRITER NIGHT AT THE RED CABOOSE

TP Productions presents the The Red Caboose Variety Show, January 11.  Doors open at 6 PM; show at 7 PM at Railroad Street, Elkmont, AL. Admission is $25 for adults, children 12 and under are free, food included. This show's entertainment includes Roger Murrah, Jimmy Melton and Neal Cody. 256-306-6201.

JIMMY MELTON


Jimmy Melton began his career as a musician at the age of eight, learning the guitar from his father.He then moved on to the banjo and at the age of twelve became one of the youngest performers ever to appear on the Grand Ole Opry. Soon afterwords, he was invited to appear with guitar legend Chet Atkinson "Pop Goes The Country", a popular country television series. Jimmy moved to Nashville to pursue a career in songwriting in 1995. He has also worked as a session musician, playing on many albums as well as his own material. His songs have been recorded by some of the following artists. Hank Williams,Jr., Mark Chesnutt, Blake Shelton, Amber Dotson, Gene Watson, Kevin Denney, Craig Morgan, Trent Willmon, and Dierks Bentley.

 Cody is not only a prolific Hit songwriter and first class entertainer.  He bring lots of energy to the stage.

Roger Murrah has coined numerous #1 hit songs such as "Don't Rock The Jukebox', Ozark Mountain Jubilee", "Goodbye Time", "We're In This Love Together", "Where Corn Don't Grow" and the list goes on.
