LADY DEVILS GET FIRST WIN

Elkmont 3, Decatur Heritage 1: 

Maddie Vinton had 18 kills and Kayla Grimes had 10 for Decatur Heritage (1-2). Elkmont won 20-25, 25-21, 25-21 and 26-24.

Decatur Heritage also got 20 digs from Cassidy Cheatham, 14 digs and seven aces from Hope Gladish and 25 assists from Kaitlyn Cheatham.

Next up for Decatur Heritage is a tri-match at Brooks with Mars Hill on Thursday at 6 p.m. Elkmont hosts Tanner at 4 p.m. Thursday.
