Juan Montoya, car and some of his crew came to visit at Snap-On Tools yesterday. Several Elkmont people were able to come and meet him. There were about 20-25 from the community show up. It is hard when people have to work and the drivers are only here for a couple of hours.
Montoya arrived earlier in the morning and Snap-On Tools did a plant tour with him and his public relations guy, Patrick. The company associates got a special 30 minute break to go out and see the car, talk with them and get pictures and autographs. Elkmont appreciates Snap-On giving us the opportunity to share this special visit with us. There was lots of fun as always when our local "jokers" came to visit. They make life a bit brighter.
Chief Donnie Johns was there writing Jaun a "ticket". I guess he didn't know about the 25 MPH speed limit in town.
