They keep getting FASTER and FASTER!!
The Elkmont Running Red Devils Cross Country teams ran again this morning, September 20 at the Fairview Invitational. This was the first time the Red Devils traveled to Fairview and although the course was great for spectators, it was brutal for the runners. A large section of the 3.1 mile course was in a wide open field with no protection from the sun! Hot weather tends to yield slower times but you can’t tell that by looking at the Red Devils!
The Elkmont runners continue to improve with many once again running a season best (SB) or personal record (PR)!
