HOW DID THE KICKIN' RED DEVILS DO?
The Varsity Red Devils fell to Tanner on February 20 by a final score of 5-1. Nehemias Vicente’s goal put Elkmont on the board early, and the teams were tied 1-1 at half-time.
The second half of the game seemed to be played right in front of Elkmont’s goal, however, with Tanner scoring four times in the second half.
The Varsity Red Devils play again on Thursday, February 26, at 6:30 pm at Clements.
Earlier in the evening, the JV Red Devils came up short to Ardmore, losing 2-1. Van Hamlin found the back of the net for the JV squad. The JV team has a break until its March 5 contest against John Paul II.
