Mr. Gooch was born August 10, 1934 in Giles County, TN to Malon Gooch and Mamie Barnett Gooch. Services for Mr. Gooch are Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 11, 2012 from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Hannah Cemetery with Tim Keenum officiating. Mr. Gooch was a member of Sardis Springs Baptist Church. He is survived by his son, Jeff Gooch and wife Susan; daughter Debbie Haggermaker; grandchildren, Malon Haggermaker, Audra Haggermaker, Abigail Gooch and Emily Gooch; brothers, Alvin Gooch and Edward Gooch. Pallbearers are Dwight Gooch, Michael Gooch, Herbert Gooch, Ricky Gooch, Charlie Gooch and Steve Bailey. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Hospice of Limestone County.
