The first graders at Elkmont had the chance to visit the Burritt Park on Monte Santo Mountain.
The site features Burritt's eclectic mansion, a historic park with restored nineteenth-century houses, a barnyard with authentic breeds of farm animals, a series of nature trails, and concerts, plays, festivals and exhibits.
