UNA HONOR BAND INVITATION FOR ELKMONT MUSICIANS

Autumn Brady, Danielle Simpson, Bowdrie Swindle, Jake Beddingfield, and Daniel Cottles were chosen for the Middles School Concert Honor Band. 

It was held at University of North Alabama in Florence, April 7th and 8th. This was the first time Autumn and Bowdrie had attended the honor band. 
Danielle and Daniel were in the White Concert Band at UNA. Autumn, Bowdrie, and Jake were in the Purple Concert band.

These 5 students only practiced about a total of 6 1/2 hours before they performed in the concert on Friday night. 

There is a lot of talent in ALL of our band students at Elkmont High School. The people and students of Elkmont should be very proud of not only these 5 but ALL of the band students here at Elkmont.

  
The UNA high school honor band will be held the last weekend of April.
