discriminating based on an individual's reproductive health decisions.

Fiscal 2016 Energy-Water Appropriations - Passage - Vote Passed (240-177, 14 Not Voting)
The
House passed a bill that would provide $36.1 billion in fiscal 2016 to
fund the Energy Department, the Army Corps of Engineers, the Interior
Department’s Bureau of Reclamation and several regional water and power
authorities. It would provide $29.0 billion for the Energy Department,
of which $12.3 billion would be designated for the National Nuclear
Security Administration. It also would provide $5.6 billion for the Army
Corps of Engineers and $1.1 billion for the Interior Department's
Bureau of Reclamation.
