The Kicking Red Devils improved their record to 2-1-1 with a 7-0 win over Clements on February 29. Matthew Lowery scored two goals, while Daniel Marina, Alex Alvarado, Daniel Valencia, Ben Besherse, and Luis Valencia each scored a goal. Daniel Valencia, Santiago Altamirano, and Nehemias Vicente each had an assist.
The boys’ aggressive play on offense kept the ball in front of Clements’ goal most of the game, resulting in Eliseo Nava having a restful night and registering one save.
Elkmont’s girls also put one in the win column, beating Clements 1-0.
